COVID-19 Protocols — Read Before Scheduling

The following are some changes you will notice, and what we ask of you. We have recently added our vaccine protocol to our policies.
 

VACCINE PROTOCOL
PLEASE NOTIFY US if you have received or plan on receiving any vaccines within 30 days. Botox and filler appointments MAY NOT be scheduled until 2 weeks following your second dose of vaccine.

Additional COVID-19 Protocols

• A mask must be worn at all times, unless requested to be removed by provider during treatment.
• You may wait in the car until your appointment if you prefer.
• We ask that you use the restroom before your visit, we wish to reduce foot traffic in common areas.
• Your temperature will be taken when you enter. We will ask you a series of questions about your current health.
• Guests will not be allowed, including children.  No exceptions.
• In order to maintain 6 feet social distancing the chairs in our waiting area will be separated.
• There will be no soft bedding.
• We will clean all surfaces with hospital grade disinfectants including beds, countertops, equipment, between clients.
• Please activate rewards coupons before your visit.  
• We will resume signatures for credit card transactions.
