Upon graduation from Yvonne de Vilar she started her career in day spas mastering custom facials, makeup,waxing. After extended training in chemical peels and advanced protocols, Billy joined the Radiance team as a Master Aesthetician in February 2009. Since joining Radiance, Billy has received advanced certification and regularly performs IPL photo facials, hair removal, non-ablative fractional resurfacing, Tempsure, Thermage, Clear and Brilliant, Morpheus 8, SkinPen and other forms of microneedling and SculpSure.  

Billy has passion and understanding of the anatomy for; skin conditions, cosmetic ingredients and related subjects to provide quality skin care services, personalized for each client to help improve the appearance and health of their skin. She enjoys expanding client’s self-confidence and self-assurance by achieving skincare ambitions. Prior to attending Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skincare School Master Esthetics Program, Billy dedicated time and focused her skills on In-Home nursing and Hospice care for 10 years.When Billy isn’t helping clients, she enjoys taking weekend drives through the valley of Virginia exploring wineries, breweries and other top attractions. She enjoys time with her fur babies, significant other, family and friends.
